UltraPower- Limited Life-Time Warranty
Your new UltraPower ECM upgrade is warranted for as long as you, the original purchaser owns the vehicle. This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship when the product is properly installed on those vehicles for which it was designed. Any updates and/or changes will be provided free of charge by an authorized UltraPower dealer or Brazel's RV Performance Center. Not covered under this warranty is the removal and installation costs, shipping costs on any returned item, damage caused in vehicle accidents or incidental and/or consequential damages.
Should the product fail for any reason covered under this warranty, contact Brazel's RV Performance Center or an authorized UltraPower dealer for problem resolution. If the ECM must be returned for reprogramming, Brazel's RV Performance Center will ship an exchange ECM prepaid, with a core charge, to replace the non-functional ECM. The non-functional ECM should be returned prepaid to Brazel's RV Performance Center. Upon verification that the returned ECM can be reprogrammed, the core charge will be refunded.

Your new UltraTrac steering upgrade is warranted for as long as you, the original purchaser owns the vehicle. This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship when the product is properly installed on those vehicles for which it was designed. Not covered under this warranty are damages caused by improper installation, removal and installation costs, shipping costs on any returned item, damage caused in vehicle accidents, or incidental and/or consequential damages.
Should the product fail for any reason covered under this warranty, contact Brazel's RV Performance Center or an authorized UltraTrac dealer for problem resolution. If any component of the UltraTrac steering upgrade must be returned, Brazel's RV Performance Center, at their discretion, will repair or replace the failed component.
